However, orders are usually being processed within 12 hours upon placing the order to allow you to make any changes to your order. A shipment confirmation that includes the tracking number will be sent via email after processing and once your order has been shipped out.

We do our best to ensure all products are in tip-top condition when they arrive at you. You can return items within 15 days if they’re unworn and unwashed. However, refunds can only be issued in the event of a manufacturing fault or damage upon arrival as per consumer law.



How to return defective/faulty items?

If it’s been less than 15 days and your item is defective or flawed, simply return the item. However, if it’s more than 15 days since your purchase, please contact our customer support at for assistance.


Can I change anything on my order?

The best advice to change any information is to place another order to be eligible for refund on the first order. This is to make sure that all the information upon placing the order are correct. 


Where is my refund?

A refund will be credited to your original form of payment if your return is valid after further inspection at the return center. You will receive an email confirmation if the refund has been made -- it may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your account, you can contact your issuing bank to verify the transaction.
